白城师范学院化学专业通过修订和完善专业培养方案、加强师资队伍建设、创新课程体系、改革实践教学环节、推进产学研结合和完善教学管理体制等措施,提高了学生的综合素质和实践能力,提升了人才培养质量.
Revise and improvement of the training plan,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,innovating curriculum system,reforming practice teaching,promoting the integration of production,teaching and research,perfecting teaching management system and other measures have been put into practice in Baicheng Normal University for the enhancement of the overall quality and practical ability of chemical specialty students.
