摘要
简述目前防毒手套的类型与特点。采用芳纶1414(Kevlar)织物作为防毒手套外层,中间层采用拒水透湿的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜,聚丙烯腈(PAN)基活性碳纤维复合织物作为吸附里层,制备兼具防机械危害与高性能防毒的透气式防护手套。介绍Kevlar纤维的赛络纺纱、染色与织造的工艺及技术要求,聚丙烯腈基预氧化纤维(PANOF)的纺织与碳化活化工艺,防护手套的制备工艺;测试相关的机械防护和化学防护性能。结果显示:手套的耐磨性能达到2级,耐切割达到3级,抗撕裂达到2级,耐穿刺达到2级;芥子气液—气防护时间>24 h,气溶胶防护效率>98%;整体符合GB/T 12624—2006劳动防护手套通用技术条件标准对防护性手套的一般技术要求。
The advantages and disadvantages of existing antitoxic gloves were described briefly.With Kevlar fabric as outer fabric,PAN-ACF fabric as adsorptive inner fabric and PTFE film as interlayer,porous protective gloves were developed with functions of anti-mechanical endangering and high toxic gas defense.The spinning,dyeing and knitting process and technical requirements of Kevlar were introduced,as well as the spinning,knitting,carbonization and activation technology of PANOF,the production process of protective gloves was also recommended;mechanical and chemical protective performance were tested.The results show that abrasion resistance reaches level 2,and level 3,level 2 and level 2 for cut resistance,tear resistance and puncture resistance respectively.Mustard gas liquid-gas protective time >24 h,aerosol protection efficiency >98%;the overall gloves accord with general technical requirements of protective gloves in GB/T 12624—2006 General Requirements for Protective Gloves.
