摘要
基于LabVIEW软件(特别是其中的NI-Motion模块),以塑料挤出机中的常用螺杆为加工目标,根据螺杆加工原理和系统的硬件选型,设计出加工螺杆的控制系统并编写出控制程序。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,运行可靠,加工精度符合要求,一根螺杆的加工时间由原来的18h缩短到12h,效率得到显著提高。
Design and program the control system for screw processing based on LabVIEW software(NI-Motion Module in particular) while it takes the common screw for plastic extruder as the processing object and selects the model based on the screw machining principle and system hardware.The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable in operation with satisfied processing accuracy while the processing time for each piece is cut from 18 hours to 12 hours with significantly improved efficiency.
