摘要
为了解决传统配电网调度管理系统的空间和信息局限性,本文以某电业局系统为原型,引入地理信息技术,提出了一种基于WebGIS的配电网调度管理系统模型。文中阐述了系统的整体架构,详细介绍了系统开发中所使用的关键技术。实际运行测试结果表明,该系统具有良好的性能,网络技术和地理信息技术的结合对配电网调度的自动化管理具有很好的推动作用。
In order to solve the limitation of the space and information in the traditional distribution electric network dispatch management system,in the paper,the geographic information technology in some electric power system is introduced and a model of distribution electric network dispatch management system based on WebGIS is proposed.The overall framework is expounded and the key technology in detail which is used in the system development is introduced in this paper.The test results of the actual operation have indicated that the system has good performance and the combination of the network technology and geographic information technology has a good promotion to the automatic management of the distribution electric network dispatch.
