摘要
马克思主义生态文明被提出以后,党中央对其作出了有益的探索,并将其进一步纳入"五位一体"建设进程中来,成为社会主义和谐社会建设中的重要组成部分。依据四川省自身的实际,四川省的生态农业建设虽取得了一些明显的进展,但仍存在着水土流失严重、自然灾害频繁、生态环境恶化、草地沙化退化、生活垃圾污染严重等问题。对此,应着重通过广泛的宣传教育、调整产业结构、加大技术投入、抓好示范工程、完善相关法律法规、深化综合改革等几个着力点来实现四川省生态农业的可持续发展。
After Marxist ecological civilization was put forward,beneficial exploration was made by the central C.P.C.in depth.And then it was further introduced into the 'five in one' in the process of construction,which is an important part of the construction of socialist harmonious society.According to the reality in Sichuan,the ecological agriculture construction has obtained some significant progress in Sichuan,but there are still some problems such as serious water and soil erosion,frequent occurrence of natural disasters,ecological deterioration of the environment,grassland degradation and desertification,living garbage pollution.In this regard,we should mainly through the extensive publicity and education,adjust the industrial structure,increase input in technology,pay attention to the demonstration project,perfect relevant laws and regulations,deepen the comprehensive reform and so on,so as to realize the sustainable development of ecological agriculture in Sichuan.
