摘要
文章针对这几年的讨论,就人的发展经济学的学科定位、研究对象和研究范围阐述了自己的观点。首先,人的发展经济学要以马克思人的自由全面发展的理论为指导,以国际视野和胸怀吸收人类的先进文化和思想;其次,人的发展经济学是作为经济学的一个分支,它有别于经济学的其他分支,如政治经济学、行为经济学、微观经济学和宏观经济学等,否则,就没有建设的必要;再次,在经济学帝国中,最能体现人的发展经济学特征的是"每个人的自由全面的发展",因此,其研究对象和边界就应该界定于此。凡是与人的自由全面发展相关的问题都应该纳入人的发展经济学的研究领域,包括人的自由全面发展的物质基础、制度保障和人文道德环境等。
Based on the discussion in these years,the paper puts forward the viewpoints about the economics on human development from the points of subject orientation,research objects and scale.At first,the paper confirms that the Marxism's theory about the human free and overall development should be taken as the guidance of the economics on human development,and we should absorb the advanced culture and thoughts with international view.Second,the economics on human development is a kind of branch of the economics;it is different from other branches of the economics such as political economics,behavior economics,micro economics and macro economics,and that is why it has to be established.Third,in the empire of the economics,the feature of economics on human development is 'the free and overall development of every person',therefore,this is the research object and scale of it.The issues related to the human free and overall development should be categorized in the economics on human development,including its material base,system and the humanity environment.
