摘要
采用粉末活性炭(小于80目)进行了聚四氢呋喃废水吸附处理的试验。研究了活性炭投加量、吸附温度、吸附时间、pH值等参数。结果表明:当50mL废水中活性炭投加量为3.0g、吸附温度在40℃左右、吸附时间为30min、pH值为5.0时,废水的去除率(以CODcr测定值计算)为88.2%,废水的主要污染成分糠醛的去除率(以HPLC测定的色谱峰面积计算)为96.5%。
The experiment has been made with poly tetrahydrofuran(PolyTHF) was treated with adsorption method by using activated carbon(<80 mesh).We have studied the influences on the wastewater treatment of different activated carbon inputting,adsorption temperature,adsorption time,pH value.The results show that when 3.0 g activated carbon is input into 50 mL wastewater,the adsorption temperature is about 40 ℃,the adsorption is 30 min,and the pH value is 5.0,the removal rate of wastewater(calculated by CODcr measured value) is 88.2%,and the removal rate of furfurol as the main polluted composition in wastewater(calculated by HPLC determination of chromatographic peak area) is 96.5%.
