摘要
从信息化与工业化融合内涵的角度出发,揭示企业两化融合的关键领域。在借鉴Sambamurthy和Zmud模型基础上结合Barua模型,构建企业两化融合的关键要素模型以及评价指标。运用定量分析的方法,在对评价指标进行主成分分析基础上,得出江苏省制造业两化融合的重点影响因素;利用社会网络分析方法,分析影响因素之间的关系,指出企业信息化与工业化融合中存在的问题,提出两者融合的相应对策建议。
On the basis of the essence of the fusion informatization and industrialization,this paper identifies the key areas of enterprise informatization and industrialization convergence.Combining the Sambamurthy and Zmud model and the Barua model,w e builds a key elements model and evaluation index of enterprise information and industrialization convergence.By using quantitative and statistical methods and by analyzing the principal components ofevaluation indicators,w e identify the key factors affecting the fusion of enterprise informatization and industrialization.Using social netw ork analysis,w e analyze the relationship betw een the key factors.On this basis,this paper puts forw ard some corresponding recommendations for the fusion of enterprise informatization and industrialization.
