EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER OF PLATE EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER

摘要 模拟发电机组凝汽系统中水蒸气的冷凝过程,建立了板式蒸发式冷凝器传热与阻力特性试验系统。试验结果表明,空气流经板组后压力降低;通过改变淋水量,拟合得到了喷淋水膜的对流传热系数与喷淋密度的关系式,以及板式蒸发冷凝器气-液界面传质舍伍德数与空气雷诺数的关系式,计算关系式对板式蒸发式冷凝器的设计计算具有指导作用。 To simulate the vapor condensation process in condenser system of power plants,an experimental system with plate evaporative condenser for heat and mass transfer characteristics investigation was designed and established.Results indicate that,after the air flowing through the plate group,its pressure decreases.By changing the spraying water quantity,mathematical relationship between the convection heat transfer coefficient of water film and the sprinkle density,as well as the one between the gas-liquid interface mass transfer Sherwood number of plate evaporative condenser and the air Reynolds number,are both determined.These correlations provide a reference for engineering design and calculation of plate evaporative condenser.
