摘要
为了解决飞行器结构中由于结构刚度引起的许多实际问题,更好的挖掘结构的潜能,提出了在结构设计初期采取主动结构刚度设计思想,即主动结构刚度设计法。主动结构刚度设计方法是在结构设计初期提出刚度要求,采用比较法或优化设计法,设计出满足刚度特性的最优结构。算例分别就变形和频率这两种典型的刚度问题运用主动结构刚度设计思想进行结构设计,结果对比发现,目标函数与初始值相比有明显的改进。
In order to resolve many practical problems resulted from structural stiffness in aircraft structure,better draw out structural potential,the design idea of active structural stiffness at the beginning of the structure design is put forward,namely,the method of active structural stiffness design.This method calls for putting forward the stiffness index in the preliminary stage of structural design,and then designing a best structure to meet the stiffness characteristics by using the method of contrast or optimization.In the example,the design idea of active structural stiffness is applied to design the structure aiming at resolving two typical problems about deformation and frequency.The results indicate that the objective function has obvious improvement compared with the initial value.
