摘要
综合分析了随经济快速增长的珠江三角洲水文环境的变化,指出目前主要存在地形地貌巨变,水质恶化,咸潮入侵,生态环境恶化等方面水环境问题。提出了未来经济与资源、环境协调发展的水资源保障策略,建议加强科学研究,认识河口生态与环境的协同进化机制;及早制定河口综合规划,妥善处理局部地区与流域全局的关系;在加大河口治理力度的同时,加强水资源统一管理。
An analysis is made on the variation of water environment induced by the rapid development of economy in the Pearl River Delta. Aiming at some problems , such as the great variation of landform and physiognomy, deterioration of water quality and ecological environment, and encroachment of salt tides, some measures are put forward, including implementing the water resources guarantee strategy with harmonious development of economy, resources, and environment, strengthening scientific research to find the mechanism of coordinated development of ecology and environment at the estuary, formulating the scheme for comprehensive regulation of the estuary as early as possible, rationally setting the relationship between the local area and the whole river basin, and strengthening the regulation of the estuary and unified management of water resources.
