摘要
当前,大学生就业问题尤为突出,合作精神在社会人才选拔中占据重要位置。高校的思想政治教育对大学生合作精神的培养起着非常重要的作用。合作精神的发展需要一个长期的过程,思想政治教育工作者也要对其加以正确引导,采取一些效果显著的方法,组织一些能够使团队合作增强的活动,提高学生的团队合作能力。大学生合作精神的形成和培养对新时期思想政治教育工作的良好开展具有十分重要的意义。
At present,college students' employment problem is highlighted particularly,the spirit of cooperation in personnel selection has an important position in society.Ideological and political education on college students' cultivation of spirit of cooperation plays a very important role.The spirit of cooperation development needs a long-term process,ideological and political educators to guide correctly,take some effective methods,organization to team enhanced activity,improve the students' ability to work in a team.College students' spirit of cooperation and the formation of culture have the very vital significance in the new era of ideological and political education work of good development.
