摘要
冬榨1号是利用温州茎瘤芥品种瑞安香螺种经过7代系统选择而培育出的鲜食加工型榨菜新品种。早熟,板叶类型,半直立,从播种到采收130～160d(天);生长势强,叶面光滑,叶缘浅波状,叶脉明显、白色。瘤状茎瘤状凸起圆滑,瘤沟浅;1月中旬采收时,瘤状茎近圆球形,茎形指数约0.97,商品率98%左右,瘤状茎平均质量420g左右,采用与晚稻套种栽培每667m2产量1600kg左右。质地脆嫩,皮薄,适合鲜食,亦可作为加工原料。
'Dongzha No.1'is a new tumorous stem mustard variety,bred by systematic selection from'Ruianxiangluozhong'breed.It is early-maturing,of broad-leaf type,semi-erect,and takes 130-160 days from sowing to harvesting.The plant has strong growth vigor.Its leaves have glossy,wavy,conspicuous white veins.The nodule on stem grows into balls with shallow groove.It can be harvested in mid-January.The index of stem shape is near 0.97.The commodity rate is about 98%.The average stem weigh is about 420 g.Its yield is about 24 t?hm-2.'Dongzha No.1'is good as fresh-food or processing material,because of its crisp texture and thin skin.
