摘要
基于PCR基础上发展起来的SSR分子标记技术具有共显性遗传、多态性高、重复性好、稳定性好、操作简单等优点,本文简述了SSR分子标记技术的基本原理与特点,重点对马铃薯SSR引物的开发及其在马铃薯品种鉴定、遗传图谱构建与数量性状基因定位、分子标记辅助选择育种的研究现状进行了分析,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
The SSR molecular marker technology developed on the basis of PCR has the merits of codominance,high polymorphism,good reproducibility,good stability and simple operation.The fundamental principle and characteristic of SSR molecular marker technology is briefly introduced in this paper,while the emphasis were laid on development of SSR primer,identification of potato varieties,construction of genetic map,mapping of quantitative trait loci and molecular marker-assisted selection.Then,future application of SSR marker in potato was prospected.
