摘要
[目的]观察滋阴利咽汤在止咳、化痰方面的疗效。[方法]分别运用枸橼酸喷雾法、气管段酚红法对滋阴利咽汤在止咳、化痰作用方面进行实验研究。[结果]滋阴利咽汤对豚鼠致咳潜伏期、3min咳嗽次数与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且具有良好的预防作用;滋阴利咽汤祛痰作用明显,对小鼠酚红排出量有明显的影响,与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]滋阴利咽汤在止咳、化痰作用方面疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
[Objective]To observe the effect of Ziyin Liyan Decoction on relieving cough and reducing sputum.[Method]Respectively make test on its function with citric acid spray and trachea phenol red method.[Result]The decoction had statistical meaning on mouse cough incubation period, 3min cough compared to nonnal saline group.[Conclusion]Ziyin Liyan Decoction had definite function on relieving cough and reducing sputum, worthy clinical promotion.
