摘要
[目的]探讨前房穿刺在治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞中的疗效。[方法]随机将40例(40只眼)视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者分为治疗组18例(18只眼)和对照组22例(22只眼)。对照组采用硝酸甘油、阿托品、复方丹参针,同时输氧等常规治疗;治疗组除应用对照组相同的药物外,及早行前房穿刺。两组均以视力、视野、眼底改变为疗效评判指标。[结果]治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]尽早前房穿刺配合药物、吸氧等综合治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞可取得较好的疗效。
[Objective]To explore the cure effect of atria puncture in treating arter centralis retinae block.[Method]Randomly divide 40 cases into treatment group 18 cases and control group 22 cases.The control one takes nitroglycerin,atropine and compound Salvia injection,as well as routine treatment;the other one added with early atria puncture.Evaluate the eyesight,view and fundus change.[Result]The treatment group had higher effective rate than control one,with marked difference.[Conclusion]Early atria puncture coordinated with drugs and oxygen uptake and other comprehensive therapy can get good result on arter centralis retinae block.
