摘要
在社会评价中用人单位的意见是最为关键的,不仅影响到毕业生的人生理想、职业观、心理状态,而且对高校建设具有建设性与指导性的意义。本文归纳总结了用人单位对高校毕业生的评价意见,提出高校在人才培养上应注意的问题和应加强的工作。
The employer's opinions about its employees is one of the key sectors in social evaluation, which not only affects the graduates in their idea of life, occupation, mentality, but also has the constructive & instructive significance for the construction of colleges and universities. This article summarizes the evaluation opinions on the graduates form the employers, analyses the problems we should pay attention and the work we should strengthen in talent training of higher education.
