摘要
目的探讨卵巢黄体破裂的临床诊治策略。方法回顾性分析我院收治的卵巢黄体破裂的12例病例。结果卵巢黄体破裂多发生在育龄女性,可同时发生在妊娠过程中,可经保守及手术进行治疗。结论妊娠合并卵巢黄体破裂需与异位妊娠进行鉴别,腹腔镜是对其鉴别和治疗的最佳方法。
Objective To investigate diagnosis and treatment of corpus luteum rupture.Methods Retrospective analysis on 12 patients clinically diagnosed as the ght corpus luteum rupture in our hospital was made.Results Corpus luteum rupture which occurred mostly in women of childbearing age,sometimes during pregnancy could be treated with surgery or conservative methods.Conclusion Corpus luteum rupture during pregnancy should be distinguished from ectopic pregnancy,laparoscope surgery was best for its diagnosis and treatment.
