芹菜籽粉对高脂膳食大鼠血脂及肝功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨芹菜籽粉降血脂及保护肝脏的作用。方法 50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:基础饲料组、高脂饲料组、1.0 g/kg体重芹菜籽粉组2、.0g/kg体重芹菜籽粉组、3.0g/kg体重剂量芹菜籽粉组,30 d后测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的含量。结果与模型组相比,中、高剂量芹菜籽粉的动物血清TC、TG、LDL-C均明显降低,HDL-C无变化,ALT、AST含量明显下降。结论芹菜籽粉对大鼠的血脂和肝功能有一定调节作用。 Objective To explore the effects of celery seed powder on blood lipid parameters and liver function.Methods 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal feed group,high fat feed group.Celery seed powder group at the dose of 1.0,2.0,3.0 g/(kg·bw) administered intragastrically.30 days later,the serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),alanine transaminase(ALT),aspertate transaminase(AST) content are determined.Results The serum TC,TG and LDL-C in 2.0 g/kg and 3.0 g/kg group were significantly lower,HDL-C had no change,ALT,AST content were significantly declined compared with those in model group.Conclusion Celery seed powders have certain regulatory effect on blood lipid and liver function.
