摘要
学生会是学生自己的自治组织,是学校联系学生的桥梁,针对当前误将高校学生会定性为校办的学生组织,导致学生会组织选定负责人方式不当、工作自主性差、脱离学生、作风漂浮,引起学生不满,因此,应探究加强学生会自治建设。主要措施有:学生会主要成员的产生由任命制改为自选制;建立健全联系与监督机制;坚持不懈地加强学生会文化建设;创建有利于履行自治权的政策环境。
Student union is students' autonomous organization and a bridge for school to communicate with students.However,there exist some misunderstandings to it,such as mistaking university student union for school-run student organization.The results of it includes the unsuitable style of choosing chairman of the student union,the poor work autonomy,deriving from students,style floating and dissatisfactions from students.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of student union autonomy.The main measures include:the main member of student union should be through elected process but not cognizance process;setting up perfect communication and monitoring mechanism,reinforcing culture construction of the student union,and establishing policy environment that is helpful to carry out autonomous rights.
