摘要
《大札撒》作为古代蒙古社会第一部成文法典,折射出古代蒙古人对生态环境的重视与保护,《大札撒》中有关野生动物保护的条文及其所蕴含的法律观念,至今仍对我国完善野生动物保护法规、合理保护野生动物有重要的借鉴价值和现实意义。
As the first written law of ancient Mongolian society,Yeke Jasagh reflects ancient Mongolian's attachment and protection to ecological environment.The relevant wild animal protection provisions and the legal view included in Yeke Jasagh are still of important reference value and realistic significance to perfect the wild animal protection laws and protect wild animals reasonably.
