摘要
20世纪末至21世纪初,随着对外开放的扩大和人们收入的提高,内蒙古旅游业迅速发展,已经成为内蒙古经济的重要组成部分。但是,由于发展时间尚短,市场和行业不成熟,政策法规不完善等原因,使得内蒙古旅游业还存在很多问题,其中信息化程度低、资金缺乏、从业人员素质低等原因已经成为制约内蒙古旅游业发展的瓶颈。本文针对这些问题提出了针对性的解决对策,希望能够对内蒙古旅游业持续、健康发展起到促进作用。
At the end of 20th century and the beginning of 21th century,with the expanding of open policy and the income increasing,tourism industry of Inner Mongolia is developing rapidly.It has become an important part of Inner Mongolia Economy.However,due to short development period,immature market and business as well as imperfect policy and regulations,there exist many problems in Inner Mongolia tourism industry.In particular,low information standard,lack of fund and employee's low quality etc have become a bottleneck that restricts the tourism development of Inner Mongolia.This paper puts forward countermeasures in expectation to play an important role in the sustainable and healthy development of Inner Mongolia tourism industry.
