摘要
随着就业体制改革的深入以及高校毕业生人数的迅速增长,大学生就业问题日益严峻。为缓解就业压力,政府部门鼓励毕业生自主创业并给予一定的政策支持。尽管如此,大学生自主创业环境并不宽松、不和谐,仍面临着诸如资金、技术限制、支持政策难以落实、创业者自身素质、能力不高等问题与困难。为做好大学生自主创业工作,政府部门、学校、企业以及创业者本身都应该积极行动,协调配合,促使自主创业稳步、健康发展。
With the deepening of employment system reform and the increasing of university graduates,the employment problem of university graduates is becoming serious.To relieve employment stress,government is encouraging university graduates to start self-employment and supplying them with certain policy support.In spite of it,the environment of university graduates' self-employment is not loose and harmonious.It is facing problems and difficulties such as funds,technology limit,the difficulty in implementing policy,the self-quality and ability of students etc.To do the job better,government,school,enterprise and students themselves should act actively so as to promote stead and healthy development of self-employment.
