摘要
近年来,内蒙古的会展业数量和规模不断扩大,成为我区经济的重要组成部分。但人才一直困扰着我区会展业的发展甚至影响到经济发展。本文将界定了会展业的人才供需状况、并对专业用人情况和社会人才进行分析。
In recent years,the quantities and scopes of exhibition line is increasing gradually and it has become an important part of economy in Inner Mongolia.However,the problem of talents has been affecting the development of this line and the economy of Inner Mongolia.This paper defines the situation of supply and demand of exhibition talents,analyzes the current situation of professional talents and social talents.
