摘要
文化产业正在成为国家战略性支柱产业之一,文化产业发展的规模和速度将面临大幅度的提高,原有的文化经营单位将经历一系列的改革,文化产业经营管理类人才的培养作为行业健康发展的重要保障之一,存在紧迫而巨大的需求。基于国内外文化产业发展的态势,运用相关工具和数据,本文就文化产业管理人才培养模式提出了一种可行性方案。
Culture industry is becoming one of the strategic backbone industries of the country.The scope and speed of its development are facing a significant improvement.The former cultural unit will experience a series of reformation.As one of the guarantees for the healthy development of culture industry,professional culture industry management talents are under urgent and great demand.Based on the developing trend of culture industry abroad,by applying relevant tools and data,this paper puts forward feasible project for the talents training mode of professional culture industry management.
