摘要
房地产营销是关系房地产开发经营成败的关键,怎样在新形势下从传统的房地产营销模式走出,树立全新的房地产营销理念,做好房地产市场营销,直接关系到房地产开发企业在市场经济体制下的兴衰存亡。本文提出了当前全新的营销策略,期望通过各种营销策略的组合应用,实现房地产开发企业的品牌战略及长期良性经营。
Real estate marketing is the key to the development and marketing of real estate. How to walk out of the traditional real estate marketing pattern,establish brand-new real estate marketing concept and develop real estate marketing relates to the thriving of real estate enterprises under market economy directly. This paper puts forward present brand-new marketing strategy in expectation to realize the brand strategy and long-term marketing of real estate enterprises through combined application of all kinds of marketing strategy.
