摘要
新的医疗体制改革已经出台,这是我国政府为满足广大人民的健康要求而采取的新举措,它也是解决社会矛盾的必然产物。本文试图以新医改所内涵的人本理念为出发点,站在哲学的角度解读新医改,指出医疗体制的改革不仅要求制度上的变革,也要求医务工作者素质的提升。重视对医务工作者人文素质的培养,重视传统文化中的仁、爱、善的思想的教育。从客观的医疗体制和主观的医疗队伍两个方面来促进我国医疗卫生事业的发展。
The issuing of new medical system reform is a new measure that Chinese government adopts to meet people's demand for health. It is an essential product to solve social conflicts. Starting from the 'human-centered' concept contained in the new medical reform,understanding from the view of philosophy,this paper points out that the reform is not only to reform its principles but also to improve medical workers'quality. Therefore,we should focus on cultivating medical workers'humanity quality and Chinese traditional education of humanity,affection and kind so as to promote Chinese medical development both objectively and subjectively.
