摘要
内蒙古自治区是我国地理标志资源大区,在内蒙古地区充分保护和利用好地理标志,是国家可持续发展战略和西部大开发战略的需要,也是实践科学发展观解决"三农"问题的基本要求。本文总结了内蒙古地区地理标志法律特征,并对其形成原因进行深入分析,希望为建立内蒙古地区地理标志战略,推动区域经济发展发挥积极作用。
Inner Mongolia autonomous region is a big region with a huge resource of geographical indication. To fully utilize and better protect this resource in Inner Mongolia is demand for the strategies of sustainable development and development of western regions. It is also the fundamental demand for the solution to the issue concerning 'agriculture,rural areas and farmers' with scientific outlook on development. This paper sumerizes the legal feathures of Inner Mongolia geographical indication,analyzes its causes in expectation to play an active role in establishing geographical indication strategy of Inner Mongolia and promoting regional economic development.
