摘要
随着高中阶段发展党员工作的加强,大学新生中的党员数量逐年增加,已经成为大学生党员的重要来源。但是,这部分新生党员的先进性水平和先锋模范作用的发挥尚存在许多问题。因此,本文从大学新生党员先进性体现和先锋模范作用发挥的要求及存在的主要差距分析入手,提出了加强大学新生党员先进性教育,充分发挥先锋模范作用的对策和建议。
Due to the development of Party member in the stage of senior middle school,the number of college freshmen Party member is increasing annually,which has become an important source of college Party members. However,there exist many problems in their advancement standard as well as in the producing of vanward type effect. Therefore,starting from an analysis of the embodiment of advancement,the requirement for the producing of vanward type effect and the mainly existed differences,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to reinforce advancement education and bring the vanward type effect into a full play.
