摘要
理论界对人民币汇率水平是否对我国国际贸易发挥关键作用有不同的看法,但在1994年汇率改革后,我国的国际贸易迅速发展却是不争的事实。2005年7月21日我国根据现状,又进行了一次汇率改革。为明确此次改革中汇率对我国国际贸易的传导效应,本文应用计量经济法,比较改革前后进出口额等的变化,对我国汇率与进出口额等之间的影响关系进行实证分析。
Theoretical circles hold different opinions on whether RMB exchange rate level plays a key role in Chinese international trade.Since the exchange rate reform in 1994,the rapid development of Chinese international trade has been a undisputable fact.On July 21,2005,China undertook another exchange rate reform according to the current situation.In order to make clear the conductive effect of this rate reform on Chinese international trade,this paper compares the changes of import-export volume before and after the reform,analyze the influence relationship between Chinese exchange rate and import-export volume by using positive analysis and metrological law.
