摘要
案例教学是管理类专业常用的一种教学方法,由于许多教师对案例教学知之不多或不太系统,在实际教学活动中不能真正有效地发挥案例教学的优势。因此,有必要就案例教学进行研讨。文章结合笔者的教学实践经验,针对案例教学中存在的主要问题,提出了改善案例教学效果的具体措施和案例教学当中的组织形式。
Case teaching is a teaching method commonly used in the specialty of Management.Since many teachers know little about case teaching,in teaching practice the advantages of case teaching cannot be played fully.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss case teaching.Based on the authors' teaching practice and the main problems existed in case teaching,they put forward specific measures and organization types in improving case teaching effect.
