编辑手段的现代化是编辑出版工作现代化的重要标志和前提,编辑手段现代化的标志之一就是计算机和互联网技术在学术期刊编辑出版中的广泛应用。编辑手段的现代化可以从编辑工作无纸化、稿件管理电脑化、稿件审理的网络化、编排校一体化和信息检索的国际化等几个方面改进与发展。
The modernization of editing methods is an important symbol and premise of editing & publishing modernization.One of the symbols of it is the widely use of computer and internet technology in the editing & publishing of academic journals.It can be improved and developed from the aspects of computer editing,management etc.
