摘要
本文对党政领导干部监督制度改革创新的成功探索进行了简要的回顾和总结,在此基础上,从上级对下级的监督、下级对上级的监督、权力部门的相互监督以及外部监督等多个方面分析和揭示了目前党政领导干部监督制度建设存在的主要问题及其原因。文章提出加强对党政领导干部的监督制度建设必须深化政治体制改革,切实从改革权力结构和规范权力运行等方面着手。
In this paper,the author makes a brief review and summary of the successful exploration of the leading cadres of the Party and government Superintends System reform innovation.On this basis,the author analyzes and discloses the main problems and its reasons existed in the construction of leading cadres of the Party and government superintends system from different aspects.The author especially stresses that to strengthen the construction of leading cadres of the Party and government superintends system,it is necessary to deepen the reform of political structure and to set about conscientiously from reforming aspects such as power structure and standard authority operation.
