摘要
社会主义市场经济体制建立以来,我国经济发展迅速。社会经济发展对高层次人才的需求推动着高等教育规模不断扩大,由精英教育向大众化教育发展。同时高校投入制度也进行了不断的改革和完善,它为高等教育的发展提供了重要的财力支持和政策保障,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题。本文针对建国以来政府对高校投入制度的历史发展变化进行了总结阐述,并为建立一套可持续发展的经费投入机制提出了一些建议。
Since the establishment of socialism market economic system,Chinese economy is developing rapidly.The development of social economy promotes the constant enlargement of higher education scale.Now Chinese higher education is transforming from 'Elite Education' to 'Mass Education'.Meanwhile,Chinese university input system is under constant reform and perfection,which provides the important financial support and policy guarantee for the development of high education.However,there still exist some problems to be solved.In this paper,the authors sum up the historical evolution of Chinese university input system since liberation and put forward some suggestions on how to establish a set of sustainable input system.
