摘要
建设数字化图书馆是目前我国图书馆的发展趋势,而数字化图书馆对图书馆工作人员提出了新的要求:图书馆工作人员应具备熟练运用网络的技能;应不断加强政治思想素质,增强识别能力;加快知识的更新提高专业技能;改变服务观念,提高图书馆诚信度。
The 21st century is the era of informationalization and library will become the documents data center of the information society.Under the promotion and support of the modern information technology,to realize the digitalization of documents resource and the on-line service means is a transformation in the information field and a new stage of the development of libraries.Although the traditional library and automation library will not disappear in a short time in the 21st century,with the widespread of electronic publications,digital libraries will be on the top;therefore,the construction of digital libraries will be an important strategy for the libraries of 21st century to welcome the web time.
