摘要
随着我国科学技术和经济社会的发展,对人才素质和人才培养提出了新的要求,改革和调整人才培养模式成为必然。探索和构建新人才培养模式,首先要搞清楚新时期人才应该所具有的本质特征和基本素质。新的人才培养模式的构成是:宽口径的专业设置;基础厚实的课程体系;双向交叉的教育方式;多样化的教学组织形式。实施新的人才培养模式,需要处理好知识、能力与素质的关系,"专才"教育与"通才"教育的关系,智力因素与非智力因素的关系。
The development of scientific technology and economic society raises new demands for the cultivation of talent quality and cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary to reform and readjust the talent cultivation model.To explore and construct new talent cultivation models,we should make clear the essential features and qualities that the talents at new era should have.The new talent cultivation model includes following factors:broad specialty set-up,solid curriculum system,two-way cross educational style and the diversified teaching methods.To implement this new pattern,we should deal with the following relationships:the relationship between knowledge,competence and quality,the relationship between 'specialized talents' and 'versatile talent' and the relationship between intelligence and non-intelligence factors as well.
