摘要
作为一种课堂教学研究方式,行动研究已被广泛的运用于外语教学中。本文中,在阐述行动研究概念的基础上,作者介绍了行动研究在大学英语教学中的一次具体实施,提出行动研究增强了教师对教学的自我意识和团队精神,建构起自己对于教学的理解,促进了教师的发展。
As a way to study in-class teaching,action research has been widely applied in foreign language teaching.In this paper,by elaborating the definition of action research,the author introduces a practice of action research in college English teaching,puts forward that it enhances teachers' self-awareness and teamwork spirit,construct their understanding to language teaching and promotes the teacher's development.
