摘要
当前,高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍建设存在一些突出问题,主要表现在:重视不够,人员不足;素质偏低,职责不清;投入不足,待遇偏低。加强和改进高职院校学生思想政治工作队伍建设关键是加强思想政治工作队伍建设,要提高认识,充实人员;提高素质,明确职责;增加投入,吸引人才,为大学生思想政治教育提供强有力的组织保证。
Nowadays there exist some problems in the construction of the staff in charge of students' political and ideological work in higher vocational colleges including lack of attention and staff, the low quality and inexplicit duties as well as the inadequate input and the low treatment. The key to strengthen it is to improve understanding, absorb new staff, enhance quality, make clear the duties, increase input and attract talents so as to provide strong guarantee for college students' political and ideological education.
