摘要
由于市场经济的迅猛发展,企业间的竞争不断加剧,用人单位对高校培养出来的学生综合素质要求越来越高,特别是对管理人才这方面的要求更高。这样,高校的办学思路和办学模式都要有所改变,过去,传统的教学方法和手段也需要相应地进行改进,不断进行新的尝试。
Due to the rapid development of market economy and the constantly intense competition among enterprises, there is a higher demand for students’ comprehensive qualities from employers. Therefore, the thoughts and patterns of schooling for higher education must be changed. The traditional teaching methods and means must be constantly improved respectively and new attempts must be tried. There is a detailed introduction of several new teaching methods for reference.
