摘要
文化建设是农村牧区经济社会发展的一个重要内容。在新农村的文化建设中,对于不同民族聚居的乡村,应采取具有民族内容、形式和方法。达斡尔族农村牧区文化建设应从发掘民族文化资源、建设文化设施、开展文化活动、发挥民间艺人作用、培养新型农牧民几个方面进行。
Cultural construction is an important content in economic and social development of villages and pastoral areas. For different villages inhabited by different ethnic groups, different policies should be carried out. The cultural construction of Darhan group should be carried out from the aspects of exploring ethnic culture resources, constructing cultural facilities, developing cultural activities, exerting the role of folk artisans and cultivating new type herdsmen.
