摘要
《从人口大国迈向人力资源强国》在学术界产生强烈影响,本文利用书中数据,运用教育经济学、社会学、伦理学原理,分析了我区人力资源现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以供有关领导决策参考和西部相关地区研究人员参考。
The book “From A Large Population Country to A Powerful Country of Human Resource' has had an immense influence in the academic field. In this paper, the author analyzes the present conditions and problems of human resources existed in Inner Mongolia and puts forwards corresponding countermeasures, which will provide references for decision-makers and the western researchers.
