摘要
科研管理工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,利用计算机和网络技术对高校科研活动进行交互式管理是信息时代发展的必然趋势。本文从如何利用网络途径加强科研信息的交流与共享、营造科研管理的规范环境、提高科研管理的有效性和时效性、改善科研管理的评估和预测几方面入手,初步探讨了改进传统科研管理模式,实现科研管理现代化的几种网络化方案。
It is an inevitable trend of the information era for universities to use computers and network technology to carry out scientific research management .In this paper, the author explores several projects on how to promote the traditional management patterns and realize modernization in scientific and research management with the help of the network.
