摘要
知识经济时代的竞争是人才的竞争。作为现代经济运行的核心和前沿阵地的金融业,对金融人才培养质量有着特殊的要求,尤其是少数民族地区经济金融发展更是如此。结合区内外高校金融学教育教学实际和我区乃至我院金融人才培育的发展情况,探索知识经济时代下少数民族地区金融人才在培养目标和规格、培养的课程体系、培养的教学内容、培养的教学方法和手段以及所需师资等方面如何定位和建设规划的问题。
The competition at the time of intellectual economy is the one of talents. As the core and front line of the modern economic move, the financial circle sets special requirements for the training of financial talents, especially in the economic and financial development of the minority districts. In this paper, the author explores the issues of how to orientate and plan the construction of financial talents in the minority districts from the aspects of training aim, standard, curriculum system, the content of courses, teaching methods and means and the demanded teaching resources, etc.
