摘要
教学工作始终是学校的中心工作,坚持教学中心地位是保证教学质量的必然要求。本文从领导投入、教师培训、条件改善等方面对学院教学中心地位的确立情况进行了简要总结,通过工作实践和对取得的经验的分析,着重对如何进一步强化教学中心地位进行了探讨。
Teaching is always the most important task in a school and sticking to the ‘teaching-centered' position is a necessity to ensure the teaching quality. In this paper, the author summarizes briefly how the school establishes this ‘teaching-centered' position from the aspects of leadership input, teachers' training and circumstance improvement etc. Furthermore, by practices and an analysis of the experiences, the author attaches more importance to how to reinforce this ‘teaching-centered' position.
