摘要
网络高等教育试点工作历经 6年已取得了巨大的成绩 ,但是也出现了一些影响网络教育健康持续发展的严重问题。随着网络教育试点工作的不断开展 ,人们越来越意识到网络教育已经从一种尝试性的教育手段 (少数试点 ) ,逐步转变为常规性的教育手段 (承担着高等教育大众化的任务 ) ,在这个转变过程中 ,针对网络教育发展进程中出现的问题 ,结合东北大学试点工作成功的实践 ,提出网络硬件建设已经不再是影响网络教育发展的主要问题 ,而网络教育的管理则是影响网络教育健康持续发展的关键问题。
Based on the six-year experience of practice for trial purpose, the web-based higher education has achieved success to a great extent. However, some serious problems were found, which have impacted its soundly sustainable development. Along with its continuous development, nowadays people has been aware more and more that the web-based education has been one of the regular education means to popularize higher education. Combining these problems with the successful experience obtained from the practice done in Northeastern University, an important viewpoint is proposed that at present the key point is to solve the management problem in web-based education instead of developing hardwares which are no longer the main obstacle to such an education.
