职业生涯设计正在成为现代人力资源管理学的核心内容,作为以人力资源管理学理论为重要指导理论的职业指导师及其工作,无疑需要将“职业生涯设计”作为其重中之重的素质和技能来加以研究、培养、提高,特别是运用。
The design of professional career is becoming the core content of modern human resources management. Under the guidance of modern human resources management, a vocational tutor should treat the design of professional career as an important quality and skill to study, cultivate and improve, what' s more important is to apply in practice.
