摘要
从现有法律规定来看,农民宅基地使用权是不能流转的,但实践中却有大量的流转情况发生,并由此引发了越来越多的纠纷。这些纠纷的存在,在一定程度上影响了农村社会的稳定,必须采取切实有效的措施加以解决。
The right of making use of the residance land can't be circulated by law,but in reality,some ca- ses happened and cansed more and more disputes,which influence the rural stability.So some effective measures must be taken.
