摘要
根据《侵权责任法》,学校安全保障责任包括独立责任和补充责任,从其独立责任方面来说,区分立法模式的科学性有待于进一步考证;从其补充责任方面来说,"相应的补充责任"需要进行科学的界定,但补充责任规定的立法进步性也不可忽视。
According to Chinese Tort Law,the School's Safety and Security Liability includes the independent liability and the complementary liability.In terms of its independent liability,the model of distinguishing legislation needs further research;in terms of the complementary liability,'the corresponding complementary liability' needs a scientific definition,but the legislative progress of liability provisions should not be ignored.
