摘要
新时期高职高专大学新生在学习、个性和心理等方面都呈现出新特点,因此我们必须在学习方式、人际关系、职业规划和职业精神方面加强新生入学教育,为使他们今后成长为国家栋梁之材做好基础性工作。
Vocational college freshmen emerged new features in learning,personality and psychological aspects in the changing times.Therefore,we must strengthen vocational education in learn,interpersonal relationships,career planning and professional spirit,do well basic work to make them useful for future growth for the country.
