摘要
当前高校大学生在大学学习期间面临很多问题,例如学习问题、心理问题。这些问题为高校辅导员的日常学生管理制造了很多障碍和困难。本文从校园文体活动的角度,结合华东交通大学轨道交通学院实例,探索高校辅导员引导高校大学生去解决这些问题。
The current college students studying faces many problems in the university,such as learning problems,psychological problems.These problems manufacture a lot of obstaclestudents for college counselors in the daily management.This papeir explore the college counselors to guide university students to solve these problems from the perspective of cultural activities on campus,with East China Jiaotong University College rail instance.
